How much money do I need to get started?
What sort of results should I expect?
How long will it take?
Investing for capital gains is a long game that usually takes 15 years or more. And even then, the yield (income) can still be small. I prefer to invest in properties that provide income from day one (or as soon as possible).
This is the fastest way to create a pipeline of passive income. And depending on your starting point, commitment, and end goals, you may be able to replace your significant 6-figure income in as little as 3-7 years. In any case, I guarantee to help you find, vet, invest and optimise at least one property during our time working together.
And I’ll give you the knowledge and network to keep going on your own after that.
How many properties will I need to buy?
I detest the ‘10 properties in 10 years’ style of advice other so-called gurus give. This is what causes most investors to get stuck on 1 or 2 negatively geared properties that erode their income (and lifestyle) and tie their portfolio growth and future wealth to dwindling capital gains.
And those that do manage to get anywhere near 10 properties usually have to sell most of them just to get a meagre income.
I invest in (and recommend) quality over quantity. What’s the use having $3 million tied up in a portfolio that only returns 2% ($60k). I’d rather have only $1 million in quality assets giving me 8% ($80k).

What type of properties do you recommend?
This means, although I own and recommend Australian property, I also deal in international markets. Just as savvy investors 20 years ago realised prices change at different rates around the country and started seeking (and making money from) properties further afield, we are now taking advantage of global opportunities for even greater income and profit potential.
