Why Investors Are Struggling To Get Results Today

Hey everyone Salena Kulkarni here from the Freedom Warrior Program, I want to share with you today, an insight in why I believe the current Australian Property market is really struggling to get results today.

So I was working with a group of students earlier this week and someone asks a question, why is it strategies that have worked for so many decades are suddenly running dry and not working anymore and you know, first and foremost, I think the current environment is very uniques and I think there is really a three key drivers as to why we’re not getting as good results as we said 10 – 15 years ago.

One, the market place becomes incredibly crowded, previously there were far few people buying for all those good deals, there is just so many people interested creating wealth through property now, that competition for better deals has become super super fierce, if you add to that the fact that there a mountain of information available to us, there are so many educators, so many selves proclaimed gurus , there are people sell your property, whether or not they are doing it themselves that’s completely different thing but, everyone is out there to try to buy you for your dollars and your attention in order to get you to buy whatever it is that they are particularly interested in selling you, they are not necessarily looking after your best interest. And as a new investor coming in to that space, you’re stuck or you’re frozen by the idea of, what information is actually the right information to listen to, The third really huge frustration is the market has become incredibly expensive, so it’s no longer the case that you can almost get punt and give something to go, there are serious dollar involved in getting in any real estate deal here in Australia right now, so what its doing is making it harder for people to maneuver in and out of properties and as may have happened in the past.
